Getting enrolled in our membership plan is simple and can be handled the same day as your appointment. Our team walks you through your options, helps you choose the right plan for your situation, and gets you set up quickly so you can focus on your care.

Review the four plan options above and consider which tier best fits your current dental health needs. If you are unsure, our front desk team is happy to walk you through the differences when you call or come in. Patients with a history of periodontal concerns benefit most from the Adult Perio Plan, while patients focused on routine preventive care will find the Healthy Adult or Adult Premium plans to be a strong fit.
2. Enroll

3. Schedule Your First Visit
Once enrolled, you are ready to schedule. Your membership benefits are active and ready to use at your next appointment. Preventive services included in your plan, such as cleanings, exams, fluoride treatments, and radiographs, are covered at no additional cost beyond your annual membership fee.
4. Receive Your Care and Save on Additional Treatment
When additional treatment is needed beyond your included preventive services, your 20% membership savings apply. Your doctor discusses your treatment needs with you directly, and you decide together how to move forward, without waiting for an insurance company to weigh in.
